POLICIES

Deposits

A 50% (100% of a one night or holiday visit) deposit is due 14 days after making a reservation. The balance, plus tax, is due upon arrival and may be paid by cash, check, Traveler's Check, or credit card.

Cancellation

There is a $35.00 service charge for reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance. For reservations cancelled less than thirty days in advance, the deposit will be refunded to the extent the reservation is re-rented, less the service charge.

For the safety and health of all our guests, NO SMOKING is allowed in the Main Lodge or the cabins.

HOW TO FIND US ...

From DENVER

(Approximately 2 hr. 20 min. through Leadville) - Travel west on I-70 to exit 195. take Colo. Hwy. 91 south to Leadville.

From LEADVILLE

Proceed 15 miles south on U.S. Hwy. 24 to Colo. Hwy. 82. Turn right (west) and continue 11 miles (4 miles past Twin Lakes Village).

From ASPEN (summer route only)

The lodge is 30 miles east on Colo. Hwy. 82, 13 miles down from the top of Independence Pass.

From COLORADO SPRINGS

(Approximately two-and-a-half hours through Buena Vista). Follow U.S. Hwy 24 north and west to Buena Vista.

From BUENA VISTA

Follow U.S. Hwy. 24 north 19 miles to Colo. Hwy. 82. Turn left (west) and continue 11 miles (4 miles past Twin Lakes Village).
